Fully pneumatic units equipped with a continuously adjustable filler between 10 and 1100 c.c. The product to be filled can be fed by means of either a hopper or drawn in directly .
FLASH – 50-C
Fully pneumatic unit for dosing from 0.375 litres to 5 litres per stroke, providing continuous adjustment of the volume to be dosed.

FLASH – 51
Automatic line characterized by its versatility in performance for all kinds of cans from 50 to 250 mm diameter. For dosing products of low and medium viscosity from 0.375 up to 5 litres per stroke. The lid detection device and the press-on lid closing unit are incorporated into the machine itself.
Optionally, the line can be equipped with either the DT-190 dispenser for stackable metal lids or the DT-250-S dispenser for metal and plastic lids, either of the stackable or non-stackable type.
FLASH – 52
Versatile automatic line for all types of can with diameters ranging from 50 to 250 mm, with 130 & 260mm double pitch. Unit capable higher filling rates than the F-51 for cans from 50 up to 110 mm diameter. For dosing products of low and medium viscosity form 0.375 to 5 litres per stroke. The lid detection device and press-on lid closing unit are incorporated into the machine itself.
Optionally, the line can be equipped with the DB-250 can feed table, the DF-250 leak detector to ensure the integrity of the cans before being filled, and the DT-190 or DT-250-S lid dispensers, the drop-on-lid applicator or lug lids closer, according the required filling speed.
FLASH – 52/50-S/T
Automatic filling line with conveying table for cans of diameters from 50 to 250 mm. For dosing products of low and medium viscosity from 0.375 to 5 litres per stroke.
The lid detection device and press-on lid closing unit are incorporated into the machine itself.
The Flash-5250-S model is equipped with 1 dosing head whilst the ‘T’ model incorporates two dosing heads.
Lines designed to provide a fast format changeover and high filling productions.
Optionally, the line can be equipped with the DB-250 or DB-250-SQ can feed tables, the DF-250 leak detector to ensure the integrity of the cans before being filled, and the DT-190 or DT-250-S lid dispensers, drop-on-lid applicator and lug lids closer.

Volumetric automatic filling line for wide aperture containers either of conical or rectangular shape (metallic or plastic) for up to 20 litres per stroke.
Lines with double-pitch transport conveyors to allow the filling rate to be optimized.
Units incorporating an automatic can-closing device and, optionally, the DT-350 lid dispenser, the PAILEADER or DBL-350 can dispensers.
The FLASH-20350-S line is equipped with one dosing head whilst the T model is fitted with 2 identical dosing heads.

Automatic filling line for dosing products of low and medium viscosity from 0.1 to 5 litres per stroke and head.
Electro-pneumatic operation controlled by PLC.
